Impact will often be in need of additional teachers throughout the year.

In all cases, teachers need to meet the minimum requirements as specified by the National ELT Accreditation Scheme (NEAS). Please refer to their website at:

http://www.neasaustralia.com/

The requirements are that teachers have the following qualifications and experience.

A recognized pre-service teaching qualification PLUS
An appropriate qualification in Teaching English as a Second Language.

OR

A recognized Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (minimum 3 years) AND
A recognized Certificate (or higher) in Teaching English as a Second Language AND
800 hours of classroom teaching experience.

Impact views favorably those teachers who have experience, particularly in the Australian ELICOS sector, and especially so in terms of Emergency/ CRT work.

Impact teachers are professionals and are passionate about teaching English.
Our teachers are dynamic, active and very much committed to developing their students' potential. They fully understand the great investment and trust our students place in us.
